Two balconies are included in the floor plan with a large balcony off the living room and a small balcony off the master bedroom. The floor plan includes a formal foyer, large living room, dining room and split bedrooms for privacy, central air conditioning and heat, two walk in closets, two spacious baths, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal system.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has two queen size beds to sleep six comfortably. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also inside the unit for your convenience.

August 16 - October 11 - $1775.00 per week
October 11 - December 27 - $1350.00 per week
The Rental Rates do not include the 12% SC tax
