The view from #901 is spectacular from it's oceanfront 9th floor. Three balconies are included in the floor plan with a private balcony adjacent to the guest bedroom and kitchen. Another large balcony also connects the kitchen, living room. The 3rd balcony is in the master bedroom. The floor plan also includes a formal foyer and dining room, large living room, split bedrooms for privacy, central air conditioning and heat, two walk in closets, two spacious baths, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal system.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two queen size beds. The unit also has a sleeper sofa allowing the unit to sleep six to eight comfortably. The living room has a 55" HD TV with Blu-ray DVD and the bedrooms have 40" HD TV's with DVD units. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also inside the unit for your convenience.
