Two balconies are included in the floor plan with a private balcony adjacent to the master bedroom and kitchen. Another large balcony also connects the kitchen, living room and a second bedroom. The floor plan includes a spacious foyer and dining room, large living room, split bedrooms for privacy, central air conditioning and heat, two walk in closets, two spacious baths, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a two queen beds. There is a TV in the living room, in addition, both bedrooms have a TV. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also inside the unit for your convenience.

October 10- December - $1500.00 per week
The rental rates do not include the 12% SC tax
