Two balconies are included in the floor plan to give you a great view of the Atlantic Ocean. The unit has a formal foyer and dining room, large living room, split bedrooms for privacy, central air conditioning and heat, two walk in closets, two spacious baths, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

The master bedroom has a king bed and the guest bedroom has two queen beds. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also inside the unit for your convenience.
