We love the ocean and beach vacations so much we made the decision in 1989 to become condo owners. Family Vacation Rentals, Ltd was started in 1991 with one unit next door to the Maisons~sur~Mer at A Place at the Beach IV. We have now grown to 13+ units to manage all at the Maisons~sur~Mer. This has been a very rewarding job and we really enjoy helping families with great vacations and lasting memories. 

Myrtle Beach was the go to place when our children were young. Now we love having our grandkids in a safe, home away from home atmosphere where they have great experiences just like their parents.
