The oceanfront view from #111 is spectacular overlooking the oceanfront swimming pool. This unit is perfect for anyone wanting to vacation on a lower floor. Unit #111 is actually on the 3rd floor since the ground floor and lobby level is below giving this unit a great view of the pool area and beach! Three balconies are included in the floor plan with a private balcony adjacent to the guest bedroom and kitchen. A large balcony connects the living room and kitchen and there is a small oceanfront balcony in the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has a king bed. The guest bedroom has two queen beds. The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also inside the unit for your convenience.
The floor plan also includes a formal foyer and dining room, large living room, split bedrooms for privacy, central air conditioning and heat, two walk in closets, two spacious baths, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The unit is also adjacent to the stairway in the building that allows guest to use the stairs for easy access to the pool deck.
- High speed wireless Internet is available in the unit.

- Weeks are available Saturday - Saturday.

January & February - $2200.00 per month
March 1 - March 29 - $1200.00 per week
March 29 - May 17 - $1600.00 per week
May 17 - June 7 - $1775.00 per week
June 7 - August 16 - $2500.00 per week
August 16 - October 11 - $1775.00 per week
October 11 - December 27 - $1350.00 per week
The rental rates do not include the 12% SC tax
Payments by check are accepted
Credit card payments will have a 3% service fee
