Another large balcony also connects the kitchen, living room. The 3rd balcony is in the oceanfront bedroom. The floor plan also includes a formal foyer and dining room, large living room, split bedrooms for privacy, central air conditioning and heat, two walk in closets, two spacious baths, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal system.
            The master bedroom has a king size bed and the guest bedroom has a king bed or this bed can also be made into two twin beds if needed.. The unit also has a sleeper sofa allowing the unit to sleep six comfortably. The living room has a 40" HD TV with DVD unit. Both bedrooms have 32" HD TV's and DVD units. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also inside the unit for your convenience. 

            • High speed wireless Internet is available in the unit.

            • Weeks are available Saturday - Saturday.
            • Sorry, no pets allowed.
            • Guest are not allowed to have motorcycles.

            January & February - $2200.00 per month

            March 2 - March 30 - $1200.00 per week

            March 30 - May 18 - $1600.00 per week

            May 18 - June 8 - $1775.00 per week

            June 8 - August 17 - $2500.00 per week

            August 17 - September 14 - $1775.00 per week

            September 14 - October 12 - $1600.00 per week

            October 12 - December 28 - $1200.00 per week





            The rental rates do not include the 12% SC tax

            Payments by check are accepted

            Credit card payments will have a 3% service fee
