Accommodations: Maisons~Sur~Mer - Unit 1805

The view from #1805 is spectacular from it's 18th floor. Two balconies are included in the floor plan with a private balcony adjacent to the master bedroom and kitchen. Another large balcony also connects the kitchen, living room and second bedroom. The floor plan also includes a formal foyer and dining room, large living room, split bedrooms for privacy, central air conditioning and heat, two walk in closets, two spacious baths, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two queen size beds. The unit also has a sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep six comfortably. Cable TV is available in all bedrooms and the living room has a DVD unit with Surround Sound System. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also inside the unit for your convenience. Linens are provided and included in the rental rate.

• High Speed Wireless Internet is available in the unit.
• For the enjoyment of all of our guests, #1805 is "Non Smoking".
• Weeks are available Saturday - Saturday.
• Sorry, no pets allowed.
• Guest are not allowed to have motorcycles.

During the peak season, we have reserved one umbrella & 2 beach chairs for Unit #1805 and they are provided by the Lifeguard Beach Service. They will be set up each day and reserved for your rental week in front of the Maisons~sur~Mer. The owner of Unit #1805 provides this for you as a way of saying "Thank you" for the business.

Rental Age Requirement - 25 years of age.

Rates will be subject to South Carolina tax.

You can contact us via e-mail or by phone to "hold" a week, deposits are required within 5 days and can be mailed to the below address or use this link for the Credit Card Form Click Here . Please note Unit # and reservation week on deposit. Deposits are $400.00 and must be a Credit Card Payment, Money Order or Certified Bank Check made payable to: Family Vacation Rentals, Ltd.. The balance of your rental fee is due 6 weeks prior to your vacation. When we receive your deposit, you will be mailed a receipt and rental agreement with instructions on sending the balance of your rental fee.
