The view from #1802 is spectacular from it's 18th floor. Two balconies are included in the floor plan with a private balcony adjacent to the master bedroom and kitchen. Another large balcony also connects the kitchen, living room and second bedroom. The floor plan also includes a formal foyer and dining room, large living room, split bedrooms for privacy, central air conditioning and heat, two walk in closets, two spacious baths, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds plus the living room has a sleeper sofa. Cable TV & DVR unit are in the living room and both bedrooms have a TV. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also inside the unit for your convenience. Linens are provided and included in the rental rate.

Rates will be subject to South Carolina tax.

You can contact us via e-mail or by phone to "hold" a week, deposits are required within 5 days and can be mailed to the below address. Please note Unit # and reservation week on deposit. Deposits are $400.00 and must be a Money Order or Certified Bank Check made payable to: Family Vacation Rentals, Ltd.. The balance of your rental fee is due 6 weeks prior to your vacation. When we receive your deposit, you will be mailed a receipt and rental agreement with instructions on sending the balance of your rental fee.
