The view from #1205 is spectacular from it's oceanfront 12th floor. Two balconies are included in the floor plan with a private balcony adjacent to the master bedroom and kitchen. Another large balcony also connects the kitchen, living room and second bedroom. The floor plan also includes a formal foyer and dining room, large living room, split bedrooms for privacy, central air conditioning and heat, two walk in closets, two spacious baths, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has two full size beds. The unit also has a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Cable TV is available in all bedrooms and the living room has a DVD player. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is also inside the unit for your convenience. Linens are provided and included in the rental rate.
