Newly renovated Villa #116 is located in a complex called "A Place at the Beach IV " which has a very attractive setting in the Arcadian Section of Myrtle Beach on Shore Drive.

The Shore Drive, Arcadian Section of Myrtle Beach is separate from the mainstream of traffic with only condominiums located along the beach area. " A Place at the Beach IV " is located on the beach with no roads to cross to get to the ocean. Shore Drive has its own Straw Market which has various shops for all ages.

Villas are within minutes of " Restaurant Row " which has the finest restaurants in the area. Many of the restaurants are the famous " Calabash " seafood buffets which are very popular. Adjacent to the " Restaurant Row " area are many entertainment attractions such as Dixie Stampede, Carolina Opry, Alabama Theater, Barefoot Landing, Broadway at the Beach, The Palace and the Colonial Mall.

Villa #116 is equipped with cable color TV with VCR, air conditioning, heat, ceiling fans in each room and outdoor patio furniture. The bedrooms include a queen size bed in the master bedroom and two twin size beds in the second bedroom. The living room sofa is also a queen size sleeper sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave and granite countertops.

• Weeks are available Saturday - Saturday.
